• Directing and overseeing all aspects of the finance, accounting, financial planning (FP&A), treasury and tax functions of the company and subsidiaries (UK, Switzerland, Germany, Australia and Israel).
• Working alongside the CEO as a member of the executive team. Providing executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities and providing consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Maintaining strong relationships with investors and board members, 3rd parties, auditors and bankers.
• Responsibility for legal, administration and HR activities.
• 2018-2022 Setting up the Pasportcard Germany finance function (bookkeeping, collection, reporting, FP&A, treasury and finance operations).
